tmax-cp60 é um cortador de disco compacto com trilho deslizante de qualidade com rolamento de esferas para corte de precisão. pode ser facilmente colocado em um porta-luvas com um diâmetro da câmara de transição maior que 230mm. esta ferramenta é operada manualmente e é projetada para cortando discos redondos de uma folha/folha de metal fina (< 0.5 mm) ou filme separador (<30um). os discos resultantes podem ser usados como discos de eletrodo/separador de célula de teste dividida e célula de moeda para pesquisadores de bateria além da preparação de amostras TEM., nos dedicamos a fornecer perfuração de disco de célula tipo moeda de qualidade para você.

Notas de aplicação

1. se você vai fazer cr2016, CR2025 ou/e cr2032 baterias de célula tipo moeda, você precisará de pelo menos três matrizes de corte:

16mm (para caixa lateral negativa, que tem 16.5mm de diâmetro).
19mm (para caixa lateral positiva, que tem 20mm de diâmetro).
20 mm (para separador para separar totalmente os eletrodos em casos negativos e positivos).
2. para cr2450 células tipo moeda, uma matriz de corte de 20 mm pode ser usada para cortar discos de eletrodos e a matriz de corte de 24 mm pode ser usada para cortar discos de eletrodos ou discos separadores (a matriz de corte de 24 mm pode ser adquirida como matriz opcional).
3. discos separadores devem ser grandes o suficiente para separar totalmente os eletrodos positivos e negativos para evitar curto-circuito dentro das células tipo moeda
4. aviso: você deve prestar muita atenção para instalar a matriz ou mudar a matriz de um tamanho para outro. a tolerância da matriz de precisão é muito pequena. entre em contato conosco se tiver alguma dúvida.
